The "Who is the most beautiful Diva"? contest has ended and the official winner is Ashley Massaro. Ashley received 24% of the votes. Runner up was Torrie Wilson who had 18%. In third place came Michelle McCool and Maria who each received 16% of the votes. To see were other WWE Divas came out on the poll be sure to check it out at smackdown-wwe-divas.blogspot.com.
My opinion on the poll? I think Melina didn't get the credit she deserved, Ms. Perez has really got it going on and I would have thought that she would have came ahead of Michelle McCool and Maria. I can understand Ashley and Torrie Wilson coming ahead of her but the other two - I don't know. Melina did come in at 7th place, with Mickie James coming in 5th and Trish Stratus in 6th. Trish was another one I thought should have ranked way higher in the poll. One more I thought got underrated was Stacy Keibler. Stacey only received 3% of the votes! That one I couldn't beleive. Stacey to me, should have been in the top three. If it were a leg contest she would definitely be number one!
In a couple of weeks or so we will be starting a new 'Who is the most beautiful Diva"? poll but will be including many of the Divas that were left out. Some of the older ones will be included as well as some of the newer ones.

Kane seemed to have the match in control, but Mysterio made a major comeback and eventually splashed onto Kane to win it. An interview was shown prior to the match with Evan Bourne and Rey Mysterio. Bourne told Rey he's been waiting all his life for this opportunity and plans to defeat him tonight.
Bourne thought he had Rey down and went to the top rope for the Shooting Starpress. Mysterio got up and tried to battle Bourne, but Bourne shoved him down. Bourne jumped onto Mysterio to try to grab his legs for a rollup pin. Mysterio countered it to slingshot Bourne into the ropes, then delivered a 619. Rey tried to springboard off the ropes, but Bourne avoided him. Bourne jumped onto Rey's shoulders from behind, then tried another roll-up pin. This time Rey reversed it and rolled up Bourne for the winning pin. After the match, Rey extended a handshake to Bourne who was angry at losing. Bourne shook his hand, but just then flames erupted from the top of the ramp, and Kane headed their way. Rey told Bourne he'd handle Kane on his own, so Bourne got out of the ring. Kane got into the ring and began to decimate Mysterio, prompting Bourne to re-enter the ring and help Rey fight Kane. The two men were able to use high kick moves to Kane to knock him down. Just then, Mark Henry rushed to the ring. Evan Bourne used the ropes to swing and dropkick Henry, then tried to jump over the ropes. Henry caught him in the air. Rey saw it and went towards the ropes to help, but Kane was back up and grabbed Rey for a huge Chokeslam. Henry rolled Bourne back into the ring and did the World's Strongest Slam. Kane and Henry stared down at the two fallen wrestlers then gave each other a look.

Shawn Michaels & Batista vs. JBL & Chris Jericho
Just as Jericho arrived to the ring, footage was shown backstage of JBL giving Shawn Michaels a beatdown in a hallway. JBL repeatedly punched HBK then tossed him against walls and light fixtures. Lawler yelled for someone to get some help as JBL shoved Michaels through a door in the hall, then slammed it shut. Jericho was looking on from the ring and smiled at what went down. JBL arrived to the ring after taking care of business with HBK. Y2J stood in the ring and applauded JBL's work. Batista came to the ring by himself since Shawn Michaels had been decimated backstage prior to the match. Jericho and JBL did as expected with a serious doubleteam beating of Batista. The two heels effectively worked to wear down the champ, distracting the ref at times so the other man could cheapshot The Animal. Eventually Batista cleared the ring of both men, clotheslining Jericho off the apron into the commentary table. Raw went to commercial with Batista yelling out at JBL and Jericho. Raw returned with Batista in control, delivering a hard clothesline to Jericho. Jericho was able to counter an Irish Whip to the ropes, and Batista went after JBL who hit him from behind. Jericho took advantage with a kick to the back of Batista's head. The heels again started to work on Batista and wear him down 2 on 1. Batista regained momentum again on a tag out by JBL to Y2J. Batista began to clothesline down Jericho, and eventually knocked JBL off the apron. Batista went for a Batista Bomb, but Jericho jumped out of it, then hit the Code Breaker. Jericho crawled over for the cover and Batista escaped at 2. JBL went for a Clothesline from Hell once he tagged in, but Batista ducked it and Speared him. Jericho pulled himself back to the apron and yelled for JBL to tag, but just then, Shawn Michaels emerged from backstage and limped down the ramp. HBK took his place on the side apron, fired up. Batista managed a tag but the ref had his attention on Jericho and missed the tag. Michaels pleaded with the ref. Jericho had left the ring and re-entered, trying to use the championship belt to hit Batista. Batista and JBL both ducked Jericho's attempt and HBK tried to hit Jericho with a Superkick. Jericho dropped to the mat and escaped the ring. As the ref was distracted, Batista grabbed JBL and delivered a Spinebuster, then a Batista Bomb to win it.
Shawn Michaels helped Batista to his feet, and the Animal hoisted his title up for Jericho to see from the ramp.

Out came Teddy dressed up as the legendary Shaft. Teddy gave Hornswoggle a bunch of candy on demand, but Hornswoggle kept demanding more. Finally Teddy told him enough. Footage was shown of Finlay and Hornswoggle celebrating up the ramp after last week's match. Mark Henry rushed out to attack Finlay from behind leaving him down on the ramp. Also several weeks ago, Mark Henry delivered several slams on Evan Bourne before Matt Hardy rushed down to intervene.

Henry continued to beat up Finlay in the corner, then whipped him to the other side. Henry then picked up Bourne and ran across the ring to smash him into Finlay in the corner. Finally, Evan Bourne was able to yank down the top rope as Mark Henry came at him, causing Henry to fall over and outside. Finlay attacked Bourne from behind, then began to beat him around the ring. Instead Bourne flipped onto Finlay for a pin. Henry came over and stomped on Bourne to break up the pinfall and ECW went to commercial. ECW resumed and Bourne/Finlay were eventually able to do a double running baseball sliding kick to knock Henry to the outside. Finlay began to dominate Bourne inside the ring, but not for long because Henry had gotten back in. Henry got Finlay up for a back slam, but Bourne jumped up on front to try to weight Henry down. Henry dropped down to slam Bourne to the mat and tossed Finlay in the process. Henry continued to beat up Finlay with several vicious moves. At one point, Henry grabbed Hornswoggle from the outside and was about to slam him inside the ring. Finlay ran over for the save, clipping Henry's leg. Finlay went over to knock down Tony Atlas, and as the ref was distracted, he grabbed his shilaleigh to clock Henry over the head. Finlay stumbled over towards the ropes, where Evan Bourne jumped off the corner turnbuckle to knee him down. To the crowd's delight, Bourne hit his trademark Shooting Starpress onto Mark Henry from off the turnbuckle, then took the pin.

ECW Results 10-14-08
Matt Striker and Todd Grisham called tonights ECW. The show started with Mark Henry walking down the isle with Tony Atlas at his side. Footage was then shown of last week when Mark Henry gave Jamie Noble a beating he would not forget as he continued to beat on Jamie even after the bell rang. ECW champion Matt Hardy then came in to help Jamie and was able to hit a Twist of Fate on Tony Atlas but got caught by Henry who gave Hardy a slam and then a splash. Atlas then began talking about Mark Henry getting another shot to reclaim the ECW championship. All of a sudden ECW GM Teddy Long came out. Teddy Long told Atlas and Henry that the fans will vote for who will face Matt Hardy for the ECW title at Cyber Sunday. Henry asked who the other two candidates are. Teddy Long said that there will be qualifying matches tonight and with that, Evan Bourne was introduced for the first match. Bourne got into the ring and stood facing Mark Henry, then offered a handshake. Henry seemed to go for a handshake, then Bourne pulled his hand away fast, smiling at the joke.
Evan Bourne vs. Chavo Guerrero (Qualifying Match #1)
In this match, the winner would become one of three Cyber Sunday choices for Matt Hardy's title match opponent. At one point during the contest, Bourne had knocked Guerrero to the outside. Bourne ran across the ring to come off the ropes and then did a running flip out to crash down onto Chavo. The two continued going at it, both achieving near pinfalls. Chavo was able to hit the Tres Amigos suplexes on Bourne, but at the third attempt, Bourne countered out and kicked Chavo to the corner. Bourne charged at him, but Chavo elbowed Bourne down. Chavo went to the corner turnbuckle to attempt a Splash. Bourne got to his feet then flipped up to deliver a headscissors, flinging Chavo down to the mat. Bourne quickly climbed the turnbuckle and landed his Shooting Starpress to win it. Bourne had little time to celebrate his win, as Mark Henry stormed down to the ring and beat him up due to the fact Bourne pulled a handshake away earlier in the night.
Striker and Grisham discussed how fans can vote for Triple H's opponent at Cyber Sunday. Choices are Jeff Hardy, Vladimir Kozlov, or both men in a Triple Threat for the WWE title.
Footage was shown of Vladimir Kozlov attacking Jeff Hardy after his match on last week's Smackdown. Hardy tried to hit a Whisper in the Wind from the corner, but Kozlov batted him down from the air, then let out a primal scream. This Friday the two superstars will do battle on Smackdown.

Todd Grisham and Matt Striker are calling tonight's show. They hype up tonights 8 man tag team match.
Tommy Dreamer and Finlay (with Hornswoggle) vs. Mike Knox and Jack Swagger
Grisham said they’d been waiting for Swagger to step up in competition and “tonight is that night.” Dreamer took control of the match, but was cut off by a big boot from Knox. The heels worked over Dreamer until he made a hot tag. The crowd popped for Finlay entering the match. He hit a dropkick off the second rope and followed up with his finisher on Knox, but Swagger broke up the pin attempt. With the referee distracted, Hornswoggle hit the Tadpole Splash on Knox. Finlay hit Knox with the shillelagh while the ref’s head was turned and then scored the pin.
At ringside, the announcers noted that they were already counting down to Halloween… Backstage, Teddy and Tiffany were wearing costumes. Jamie Noble entered the room and flirted with Tiffany. Mark Henry and Tony Atlas stormed in and demanded a rematch with Hardy. Noble mouthed off, so Henry asked for a match against Noble. “Make it happen".
Look who's coming back! A video hyped the Boogeyman’s return.
Mark Henry (with Tony Atlas) vs. Jamie Noble.
The announcers noted that Henry appeared to be favoring his knee following his No Mercy match with Matt Hardy. Noble got a hope spot, but Henry finished him off with the World’s Strongest Slam. After the match, Henry hit Noble with his finisher two more times. Matt Hardy ran out for the save and the live crowd loved it. Hardy hit the Twist of Fate on Atlas, but turned around and Henry caught him with the World’s Strongest Slam. Henry followed up with two big splashes on Hardy. Henry left both Hardy and Noble lying in the ring.
CM Punk & Evan Bourne & Ricky Ortiz & Kofi Kingston vs. John Morrison & The Miz & Ted Dibiase & Cody Rhodes
Just two minutes into the match, the babyfaces cleared the heels from the ring and the show cut to commercial. The next few minutes of the match were slow as the heels took turns working over Bourne to set up the hot tag. Later, Kofi hit a great springboard flying body press onto a group of heels at ringside. Beth Phoenix put Candice out of action months ago, during their matchup on Raw where Candice suffered a broken clavicle. Candice was back on Raw several weeks ago and immediately given #1 Contender Status amongst WWE Divas to face Beth Phoenix at No Mercy. In tonight's Women's title match, Beth was able to hold on to her title despite a near loss thanks to boyfriend, Santino Marella. At one point in the match, The Glamazon countered a Russian leg sweep and went to the top rope. Candice was able to get up off the mat, then shake the rope, causing Beth to lose balance and become hung up. This allowed Candice to deliver a drop kick to the back of Beth's head. Beth managed to get Candice to the outside, then knocked her down and tossed her into the ring. Santino almost cost Beth the match when his arm was stuck in the ropes. Rey Mysterio Vs Kane
For the past few months, WWE Superstar Kane has been terrorizing the Raw roster, specifically Rey Mysterio and Evan Bourne. Kane had a burlap sack containing a Rey Mysterio mask and claimed he had crushed Rey's soul. However, Rey returned to action and went after Kane to continue their feud. In this contest, Rey Mysterio had the added stipulation that if he lost, he would have to remove his mask. During the match, Kane repeatedly worked to wear down Mysterio and tear his mask off in the process. Mysterio held on to keep the mask on his face as he fought back. The two superstars were both on the outside and the ref proceeded with a double countout. Both men were able to re-enter the ring, with Mysterio gaining momentum. Mysterio jumped off the top rope delivering a splash on Kane, but only could get the 2 count on Kane. Mysterio climbed to the top rope but Kane delivered a right hand to his jaw, then went for a pin. Mysterio kicked out at 2 1/2. Kane then whipped Mysterio into the ropes but Rey moved away. As Kane stumbled to the ropes, Mysterio was able to hit a 619 to the back of Kane's leg. With Kane slightly stunned on the outside, Rey went for a baseball slide into him. Rey continued his momentum as he went for a dive onto Kane from the ropes. However, Kane had a steel chair from nearby and smashed it into Rey. The ref promptly called for the DQ giving Rey the victory!
Batista Vs JBL (Number one contender match)
The two superstars from Raw both claimed they deserved the top spot as #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight title. To settle things fairly, GM Adamle set up a match between the two at No Mercy, with the winner getting that title shot. JBL attempted to wear down the Animal with a submission hold from behind. Batista got to his feet and did a back body drop. With both men down on the mat, the ref started his double count. JBL and Batista got to their feet to exchange punches in the center of the ring. Batista hit a quick clothesline on JBL, then whipped him to the corner for a body splash. With Batista in control, he went for a spear attempt but JBL blocked it. Batista recovered to hit a Spinebuster then the trademark Batista Bomb, followed by the pinfall. Batista will now challenge for the World Heavyweight title.

At the last Pay-Per-View, Unforgiven, Undertaker attempted to claim Vickie Guerrero's soul for her past sins against him. However, Big Show was in the ring and ambushed Undertaker, then beat him down. Over the following weeks, Undertaker began to stalk La Familia and eventually took out Vickie Guerrero over a week ago. Undertaker attempted to go Old School against the giant Big Show at one point, but Show grabbed Taker and delivered a vicious chokeslam off the rope. As Big Show awaited the Undertaker to get back to his feet, Taker suddenly grabbed Show by the throat. Big Show responded by grabbing Undertaker around the throat as well. Show tried for another Chokeslam, but this time the Deadman countered it and hit a DDT. Undertaker had a near pinfall, and eventually both men got back to their feet. The superstars wound up fighting in the corner of the ring, where Undertaker landed repeated punches on Show. The referee instructed Undertaker to back out of the corner. The momentary distraction allowed Show to grab Undertaker and smash him face first into an exposed steel since the turnbuckle cover was off. Big Show delivered a huge right hand to Undertaker sending him to the mat, then delivered a knockout hit to the back of Taker's head. Referee Charles Robinson called for the bell giving Big Show a knockout victory.

In a great back and forth contest, both The Game and The Enigma put on a great show in the ring! At one point, Triple H was able to hit the Spinebuster on Jeff and waited for him to stand back up. As Jeff got up, Triple H went for the Pedigree, but Jeff was able to counter it sending Triple H to the corner of the ring. Jeff hit Whisper in the Wind from there, but only a two count pin. Hardy then tore off his shirt and went to the top rope for a Swanton Bomb, but missed. Again Triple H kicked Hardy and went for the Pedigree. Jericho was able to get into the ring at the last moment to make a save, preventing Michael's from grabbing the belt. From here, Jericho got Michaels tangled in the ropes, then began climbing the ladder.
